on here and have not gotten any response back, i.e., adding oral meds along with
my insulin, but, I don't see the point in leaving. Maybe no one had an opinion.

But those who do say it is excruciating and it never goes away. I have phantom

there for meal replacements. Metrx and Myoples are two that I can think of

neuropathy pain, this drug has let me start leading a productive life again, and
I'm puzzled by the fact that it would keep anyone awake. Neurontin has a
sleep-aid effect warning on the label and I take it at night or I CAN'T get to
sleep. That fact though is why I posted the other day that some people react
differently with different medicines. Tom- Yes, that is a high dose but keep in
mind that in clinical trials people were given un to 3000+mg with no adverse
effects. Diabetes has tore the hell out of my feet with neuropathy and it is the
only non-addictive thing that my Dr has given me that works. Even at this dosage
I still has a good deal of pain with the sharp stabbing, stinging and burning.
If he ever takes it away, I won't stand a chance without it. That is, unless
they find a cure for neuropathy or a better drug.

I'm still feeling the Vicaden (sp?) I took at 2AM. My bg's are running a little
high. I'm guessing it was the surgery, or could it have been the chocolate shake
I had for dinner. (Couldn't eat anything last night!) Hey Bambi, did any of that
