want. You have a lot of catching up to do to me. If you are taking things
serious and stick to the rules you can prevent the seriousness of later to come
complications. Since you don't feel too bad when you don't in these early days

successful diabetic pregnancies. Both almost to term. a 36 1/2 week and a 38
week. I was on shots but I would have loved having a pump for both. Your insulin
needs will increase throughout the entire pregnancy. The placenta blocks the use
of the insulin you inject, hence the increase in doasges. Your Endo should be
helping you adjust your pump setting to accomidate the increased needs of a
pregnancy. Congrats and Good Luck.

sure if you are on the soft-set or not but when I was in training they gave me
one to try the quick release and I could not get it to reconnect. My trainer
gave me another one and the same thing happened. She immediately called mini-med
with the serial numbers and told them of this problem. Now I am wondering if
there is a bad batch of insertions sets. Mini-med sent me replacements out and
we did mail the bad ones to them. Turns out I can not use this set after all.

the other way again, don't base it on a few days. I have never been pregnant but
if I would have been, with a good result sofar, I would stick to that. I don't
know about the possibily of infection regarding the insertions with the pump.
Probably minimal. But if something works, don't try to improve it for the last
few months. This is what I feel about it. Don't experiment at this time if not
needed. MISTY,.... good idea to keep that stuff in mind. My ulcer is still
improving but it goes slowly as usual. JOHN.

later I stopped it and disconnected to take a shower. When I tried to reconnect
the quick realease would not reconnect. That is probably what happened back in
Nov. I had to start all over with a new one. Hate wasting these things. I plan
on mailing this back to MiniMed with a note explaining what happened back in
Nov. and now this one. I think they should know about this. I'm in good control
the past couple of days, so on came some lows. Where oh where is the middle
ground for this stupid disease? Talk to y'all later!

faithie was a mistake. I use that with family. That is what I was called by my
Mother when little. LOL On my comp, when you hit the first letter any words you
used in the "your name" line before, comes up. Faith and faithie came up and I
highlighted the wrong one. I do hope you get back on the pump soon. I myself,
can not imagine going back on shots. I sure hope I never develop some kind of
