home the point: "Sure, it's okay to have it once in a while... if you are NOT
diabetic. However, for me, it is NOT okay, because I am working hard to control
my blood sugar, avoid having parts of my body amputated, avoid losing my sight,
having to live on kidney dialysis, and avoiding heart disease, attack and/or
stroke. I do hope you will understand now why having this once is a while is NOT

a day. I can't feel the difference from being high or low. So the only way is
