Squats: About once every
quarter, I check this site. I have been travelling a lot since getting remarried
nearly 2 years ago. When not on the road in my 5th wheel, we live in Minnesota.
It sounds like there are still diabetics that need educational material. Wish
all of you the best. Gordo

she thirsty, drinking a lot, losing weight? If so, get her in for a check-up.
It's simple to find out now.

Z: the capsaicin can be found at any
food co-op, or herbs at a health food store. There is a book on it "Left for
Dead"..you can probably order a copy at Amazon.com (used) for almost nothing.
Jim..that's a lot of Neurontin..I take 300 mg morning & night. Seems to
balance my moods too! Everyone's different.

Sam, The neurontin works great for
me. 1200mg @night. Sometimes 1800mg, but usuallythe latter dosage works.

I checked at my local pharmacy for the
capsaicin and they didn't have any. I guess I'll have to check at a bigger
pharmacy next time I go to the city. Have you ever heard of guaifenesin? I guess
it's something in cough syrup, but they get it in pill form and I think it's
used for pain? Has anyone ever heard of it??

Apple Annie! I haven't seen you
here for a long time. From time to time I wonder about Ruth, Tom K, Gordo, and
others who used to be here a lot. Like you, it would help to see them back!
Still with the weights at the gym, of course. T%ake care. Squats

I use red pepper

Capsaicin can be found over the
counter in any drugstore and most large supermarkets. I personally didn't have
much luck with it but others have.

I have heard of some lotion that is for
nerve damaged feet, toes. It has some kind of red pepper in it and it's suppose
to help the tingling. If you know the name of the lotion and where you can get
it please let me know.
