stock up on all your diabetic supplies.
WWIII is only a month or two away. it will be very hard to get supplies. best to
stop this inane squabbling and realize that many will die in this war including
diabetics who cannot get their supplies. pray for a peaceful resolution even
though it is almost impossible.

Three posts yesterday, but only
one had usable information. Well, here is some more usable info. As part of fat
intake, look for essential fatty acid supplements or organic cold pressed oil
mixtures (not supermarket stuff!!!!!!!!) Those can help circulation, prevent dry
skin cracks, help digestion, and hormone production. Elevated vitamin A intake
can help build the immune system and help stave off infections and flu. If
possible, eat veggies raw. Enzymes will not be destroyed by heat. Organic
produce has superior nutrition to supermarket stuff. For newbies, working
superfoods wheatgrass juice and spirulina can help immune system. Sushi made
with salmon is a good way to get the health benefits of the fish. Just be
careful where you get it. Raw fish can cause food poisoning. Tap water in many
areas is unsafe because of pollutants. If budget allows, drink only purified. At
one gallon use per day, a five gallon bottle will last close to a week. I am
finding that a cleanse drink 2x a month can add to feeling of well being. Add to
that a drop or two of concentrated oil of oregano helps and lots of garlic.
Kosher meat is cleaner and better for you than non kosher. Some chains get it
and sell it at good prices. Whole grain breads are a staple, preferably sprouted
grains. Those made from organically grown grains are even better. Go with brown
rice verses white rice; more fiber and more nutrients.

Janet, I hate to tell you this, but
alot of insurance company's won't take you if your diabetic. I tired for years
and couldn't get coverage. The only way I can be covered is through work, they
have to take you, but won't cover perexciting conditions for 1 year, after that
everything is covered. Things might be different in your state you will just
have to make alot of phone calls. Z

don't you answer the insurance question below? I have no experience trying to
locate individual insurance.

Z: I was listing a number of foot
problems and possible causes. Bone spurs often develop in athletes; for example
long distance runners. An orthopedist, upon examination, will narrow down both
specific cause and treatment.

Squats, you say that foot problems

Could calcium help or is bone spurs a build up of calcium? Z
