Zero is a good name for you. If you don't find this site helpful and believe that it is useless then leave. Others like myself find this site very educational and helpful. I don't understand why anyone would continue to frequent a site that they believe to be of no use. Been scanning pictures for my web sites all day and still have an other days worth to do, at least. I then want to scan some documents. I've been trying to find someone that can preserve or reproduce them for me. No one in my area seems to know anyone that does that type of work. I'm going to try the Historical Society tomorrow. Hopefully they will be able to help. I will also take pictures of them and put them on the computer and then back them up on a floppy. Everyone have a good night. It's warm tonight, in the mid 80's and I love it.

One fat person takes a nutrition course and buys a couple books and is THE NUTRITION EXPERT. Another person is the EYE EXPERT, SUICIDE PREVENTION EXPERT, and DO AS I SAY NOT WHAT I DID EXPERT. It used to be great but now leaves a lot to be desired. There is no longer any info here. It stinks.

Like here, the posters there have sokmething in common: Lifting. So questions on how to increase the bench poundage, lose fat, etc. are answered. Is that pathetic? No, but the post below me is! I do not read a concern for copyright laws, but an esxuse to attack. Ubcalled for, in my humble opinion.

To the chat police: I will be more than happy to disclose my top secret sources but only by e-mail request. BTW, are you advising each and every copywrite violator at the Xerox machines(and other copiers) and also every flatbed scanner that those laws also apply to each of them. I'll make a deal with you, you scroll past my posts and I'll scroll past yours. Gordo Jim Fultz: Thanks very much for the atta-boy. We all need those from time to time. I could scan the pages that I 2 finger type but the print size is very small for those with sight limitations. Then I could also include the book specifics.BTW, I have tried to e-mail you but must be blocked. All: What I said above as to my sources, I will respond to anybody. Most of it is from 3 text books plus a video nutrition course. I have never heard of anybody being prosecuted for further distributing published educational material in a non-profit educational service. I don't charge the big bucks that fully trained and better qualified people can bill for. I only compete for the non-paying business of the people that can't afford the professional advice. This country has a saying "you get what you pay for" if you know what you are paying for. I am only trying to help them know what they want to ask questions about. I do not suggest or insist that everybody type with their left index finger and their right middle finger just because I type this way. Gordo (Yes, I always sign my name and my e-mail address is always on the page.)

Hebrews 11:7: "By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith." He warned Lot and his family of the coming destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah and told them to flee. Genesis 19:14: "And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the LORD will destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law." He warned the Pharaoh of Egypt, through Joseph, of the coming famine and used Joseph to prepare stores of grain during the seven years of plenty, which saved Egypt and Joseph's family when a seven year famine followed the times of plenty. Genesis 41:30-31: "And there shall arise after them seven years of famine; and all the plenty shall be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine shall consume the land; And the plenty shall not be known in the land by reason of that famine following; for it shall be very grievous."

Hi John V. - I can think of several good targarts. I didn't play last night I just ran the tournament. Being secretary of the league I'm the one that usually runs everything but I don't mind. If we happen to have an odd number of players then I play otherwise I take care of things and keep everything running smooth. Herb (Bear) - I'm going to call the landlord tomorrow morning and see if he'll get someone in here to check it out and then do whatever has to be done. This house has been sitting here for at least 100 years maybe longer with very little work done to it. I finally got them cleaned up but it took two days of intense spraying and sweeping them up and more spraying and more sweeping but I finally got it done. My bathroom and kitchen have never been cleaner. I haven't seen any termites since I finished this afternoon. I found the hole where they were coming in and used up a whole can of spray in that hole and all the cracks near it. Boy, was it a mess. Sam - Hopefully the landlord will get onto his insurance company in the morning and get the ball rolling on getting it fixed. I took pictures of the damage and some of the downed trees. I really believe it was the storm that brought the termites out of hiding. Instead of complaining I should be thankful that it wasn't worse than it was. A lot of people got hit a lot harder than we did. Whatever it was it most split and went by on either side of the trailer park. We had some really heavy winds and rain but on both sides of the park the damage was much worse. No one was hurt this time but we do have plenty of tornados in this area and people have been severly hurt and/or killed. They say this is part of tornado alley. Right now I'm just tired and ready for bed and it's only 8 p.m. The weather is beautiful here, I've had my windows open all day while cleaning and will sleep with the windows open tonight. I will close the downstairs windows though. That way if it rains I won't have to run down the stairs during the night. I have the tournament to write up, pictures to load and put on the family site and the dart site so I'll should be busy for a couple of days but will still take the time to stop in and say hello.

II'm down to 30 units in the morning and have not taken any at night for over a week now. As long as we eat at home I just do great. BUT, if we eat out it is entirely different. I think restaurants use a shovel to season their food with salt and sugar. I haven't been able to walk yesterday or today because my foot is to swollen and hurts to bad. It's always something. RUTH: With regards to the termites swarming in your bathroom. I was froced to learn about termites when I was managing the boys camp. We had 36 buildings out in the woods where termites abound. Termites have to have moisture. This is why you will most often find that they have come in through a bathroom or a kitchen where there is moisture present. They have to return to the earth once evry 24 hours or they die for a lack of moisture. They build little tunnels on their regular travel routes to protect them from drying out while traveling. If they were swarming to the degree that you indicated you should find these tunnels somewhere around your foundation under your house. Ruth they can litteraly eat your house down around you without your even realizing it. My advice would be to get an inspection done by a proffesional. Try and select someone who you can verify their references. There are a lot of charlatans out there in this field. Hope I have helped you. Herb (Bear)

Sorry about the error. I hit the wrong button. I meant to say that on the zone diet or 2000 calories, one would tske in 150 gms protein daily. That is more than I eat! If you do follow the zone, get on an intense weight program and grow!!!!!

On Sun Apr 8 03:51:14 2001 Squatfreak () said:
What does the following have to do with diabetes? Better control, circulation, less bodyfat, faster metabolism..... The benefits of lifting! Something else, though. The Zone diet was approved in an earlier post. How does the math work out? 40=30=30. That is 30% of calories from protein. Pretty good! On a 2000 calorie diet, that is 600 calories or 150 grams. If all carbs are starches. That is 200 gms carbs and 24504 gm from meat, fish, eaggs, milk, whey, etc. gms protein. Subtract and you have 504 calories from meat, fish, milk, eggs, whey, etc. Is anyone here going to ingest that much protein? Even I don't! Sometimes it helps to figure things out!

Will send the money collected and a card on Monday. Mail dosen't run on sunday. Have a roll of film to get developed tomorrow to put on our SEIDA web site. Lots of work to do tomorrow so going to have an early night. Have to get my frames cleaned up so that the pictures can go back up on the wall as well as general cleaning. Forgot to eat tonight while at the tournament and still not hungry. Tested and BS is 120.
