One of my daughters made friends with a girl in another country. They exchanged emails and were on a chat together, shared pictures. Then one day my daughter got an email from the internet friend's younger sister that said the girl had died giving birth to her baby. THEN THE FREAK-OUT HAPPENED. There are still people swearing it was all a hoax, that she is alive and just gone off the internet. The sister still claims she died. There are people literally all over the world weeping over this tragedy. Others laughing. Only catch is the two sisters were identifiable on Google searches of their favorite activities and they live where all the obituaries are posted by the month and kept current. Births as well. No birth of a child on the supposed day and no death of the internet friend recorded. CONCLUSION - internet people can be just amalgams but they can be loved or hated, they can be celebrated and they can be mourned whether they existed or didn't. For all the nonsense that goes on here people's feelings are involved and the realities here are not necessarily the realities in life. I hope Tom Kinney is alive and kicking.

Who said I was 'just' going to send stuff and money blindly? Not I! I said 'if' he was checked out. I don't remember him asking to come over here? In fact I don't remember him asking for anything, except advice. I just thought it would be nice, (something you apparently don't understand), to help him if we could. He stated it was too expensive for him to check his blood often, that was were I thought we could help him.

BTW, why must you always attack my faith? I don't attack you for not believing! My church helps people all over the world, all the time! Helping this person was something I thought the diabetics here could reach out and help.
