cannot follow a dietary regimen to get bodyfat that low. I know what it would
take. Unfortunately, what passes for "weight loss" here is actually MUSCLE loss.
But kidney concerns prevent diabetics in general from getting rid of bodyfat.
The zone diet 40-40-20 is good, but not for us. On 2000 calories, that would be
200gm protein, 200 gm carbs. 46gm fat. I haven't seen "Ahhnold" recently, so I
can't comment. However, you have to distinguish between bodyfat weight and
muscle weight. If not, it is very possible to be at "proper" weight, but still
obese, i.e. with a high bodyfat percentage.
