give advice. It is a monitored club where people have to behave themselves in a
normal fashion and they do that because unlike on this board where insults are
allowed,it is not at the new club. Joining is easy, it is not a private club and
of course it is free! You will find there most of the people who used to post on
here but got tired of the nonsense that takes place.

great grandcritter in Dec. We now have 8 grandcritters and Jerry and I are
enjoying his and my retirement. Have fresh veggies from the garden, and are

use Lantus and really like it. You need to keep in mind that all our systems are
different and we all react to medications with different results. I originally
was put on 50 units of Lantus at bedtime. With no food during the night I was
experiencing a low every morning at 3-4 AM. I was told to move to taking the
Lantus with my breakfast in the morning. The Lantus works so slowly that I
started having a high every morning before lunch. I was told to take 5 to 10
units of the fast acting Humalog along with the Lantus at beakfast to sort of
jump start the Lantus. My blood sugars have settled in at reasonable levels and
I no longer have the spread between my highs and lows that I use to have. I hope

you will find a lot of info. My main concern is that they 'seem' to be
concentrating on treatments and not cures!
