throw the blood sugar out of whack. Many good carb sources are inexpensive. Just

Just finished a Metr-x RTD for dinner. It will help drop some of this blubber!
Found a health food store near me that sells organic produce (baby green salad
mixes, cauliflauer (sp?)tomatoes, broccoli, spinach, yams, leaf lettuce, squash)
all at good prices. Their apples are great, too. Some days, I eat 5 of them.

caused my BS to go crazy. I went to a diabetic educator that only delt with
transplant cases....the DE will work with your transplant coordinator and your
chief TP Doctor...it took me several weeks to regain control as I went from oral
meds only to 6 injections a day and passing out. However, as they back off the
predizone as you get through the critical rejection period after the graft,the
diabetes, if she does indeed develop it, will come into control....I have had
one acute rejection where it was necessary to increase the predizone from 5 mg a
day to 1000 mg/day to stop the organ rejection...it did cause my bs to go crazy
but settled back as I decreased the prezizone...so, not to worry....sometime
soon we may all get off that nasty predizone.....to read about it try
