a positive side to pushing yourself. This is truth whether in exercise or tight
control of the Diabetes. This means always planning for improvement and setting
up a game plan, even mentally, to reach that. It also means as much as possible,

in cute tighties is enough? If you can do more, do it!!!!!! If you can only arm
curl 5 pounds, go for ten, then 20, etc. If you are a male at 5'9" height with
30% bodyfat, and 200 pounds, set a goal to get to 200# at 10% bodyfat! She posts
here no longer, but I got an e-mail from a lady who was lifting weights on
dialysis! This was some years ago. Kudos to her! She did get a transplant, BTW.
Think positive! One thing most of the APs share is total negativity and
ridicule, even of serious questions. Who knows? I may even get attacked for this
post! This is funny too; asking the APs to post what THEIR CDE's have said has
rarely gotten a response. Feel free to disagree with me, but ONLY is you have an
alternative to post. I have a gut feeling these people don't really KNOW what a
CDE would say. My point of this post is: DO NOT LET DIABETES MAKE YOU AN
EMOTIONAL INVALID! That can lead to becoming a PHYSICAL INVALID!!!!!
