I am sorry that you mistook my intent for a witch hunt. I was trying
to find the source of the problem so we might be able to possibly fix or rectify
the problem. In my mind I have decided that time is not a solution because of
the length of time that the hurt has lasted. I was only looking for a source to
fix not to accuse.

other advise from someone who's been thru this? I'm having tendon repair and a
nerve decompressed due to tendonitis in right elbow. I've been vexed with this

oz organic unfiltered apple juice, mixed with green supplement. I know organic
food is bad for Diabetics, as are plant nutrients, vitamins A, B complex, C, D,
E, K. and most minerals except in minimal doeses per RDA. Found a great recipe
for sirloin steak sandwich. It has 14 oz meat to start. Reduce to 4 oz and cut
the cooked piece in half. That will give 10 gm protein per sandwich, Of course
subtract protein from other meals to cover high protein serving. The recipe also
calls for whole wheat bread and extra virgin olive oil. Replace with white bread
and heat treated olive oil since fiber and whole grains make a diet of death!
Oils must be heat treated also. I think this will avoid being accused of
advocating a "diet of death." Now something more serious since I am at it, with
my broken foot, I can't wait to squat again. Weight bearing exercise does
wonders for bones weakened due to poor nutrition! No, body weight is not enough.
In the absence of uncontrolled hypertension and proliferative retinopathy,
weights are great especially if you want to slow down advaancing fragility!

DC store for return. As I'm walking through the parking lot, someone yelled for
me to XYZ PDQ. Startled, I tripped over the cord. In the ambulance, they gave me
an IV and an EKG. When we arrived at the hospital they took me into the ER, then
up to X-ray for a CAT scan, which was a problem itself because my HMO refused to
pay for it.
