Hi
everybody! I see that nothing has changed. The same is true in our lives. It
looks like we are going to get to be home all next week. At least that is our
plan right now. I've got to get my sugars under control. All this past week I
got up in the morning with it from 120 to 140 but by bedtime it was near 300.
Stress is the only cause I can come up with. We have to get our taxes filed this
week. We still lack the W2 from the annuity board on our retirement. I've got to
call them first thing Monday morning. Hope to see and hear a lot from you guys

55. (I'm a Type 2.) I only seem to have the spikes and lows in the morning.
Afternoons and evenings are ok. Sure wish I could understand this disease. Hope

excessive amounts of insulin attempting suicide. I certainly hope this is not
your daughters case. Was she left in a hypoglycemic state for an extended period
of time? I'm only guessing that she would have to have been in order for her
brain to become damaged. I remember when I was expecting my son, I was mixing
NPH and regular insulin. I was so exhausted that I inadvertently switched the
doses - taking nearly 30 units of regular when it should have been only 7!
Fortunately, I realized almost immediately what I had done and was treated with
IV glucose. I sincerely hope your daughter will fully recover.
